Pan Chemicals is producing and supplying the wire industry with high-tech drawing lubricants and auxiliary products.

The production includes different grades of calcium, sodium and combined dry lubricants (PANLUBE S series) and full range of wet lubricants for low and high carbon, welding wire, stainless steel and non-ferrous wire (PANLUBE L series).
Besides dry lubricants, the Company offers full technical support on wire production process and development of customised products.
In addition, Pan Chemicals has focused its activity on lubricant carriers for drawing of carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire and cold forming operation (PANCOVER series).
Particular attention is dedicated to the development of ecological products according to International Environmental Regulations (such as Borax-free coatings and lubricants).
The Engineering Department is proposing different solutions of descaling machines, coating devices, rotating die holder and die reconditioning equipment.
Pan Chemicals has also introduced products dedicated to the hot dip galvanising: PANFLUX series are fluxing products especially developed to improve the efficiency of the galvanising process by means of a uniform control of the reaction at the interface of the two metals, reducing operating costs and improving the quality of the zinc coating.
